About Puzzitiello Fine Homes

No matter the size or grandeur of your home, everybody wants the roof over their head to reflect who they are and how they live.

Ronald Puzzitiello, owner of Ronald J. Puzzitiello Fine Homes, Inc., meets that universal need by building homes that make the right statement about the buyer.

When walking into a Puzzitiello home, you are met with that indescribable feeling of quality, refinement and true craftsmanship that fine homes possessed a century ago. Everything flows together beautifully and speaks volumes to the time and attention paid to every last detail - from the exterior architecture, interior aesthetics, floor plan and amenities to the millwork, cabinetry, countertops, lighting and flooring. Even the ceilings say "Fine home."

Mr. Puzzitiello uses only the highest grade building materials and most qualified subcontractors to ensure the buyer the very best quality home. His goal is to build the buyer's personality and lifestyle into every square foot.

I enjoy creating and implementing new ideas and designs that give each one its own identity," said Mr. Puzzitiello. "I love the creativity. Doing something new and different keeps me going."

According to Mr. Puzzitiello, today people want their dream homes to be beautiful yet welcoming and comfortable.

With a signature English and Country French flair, each RJP Fine Home is typically appointed with stone, brick and shingle-sided exteriors to encompass the charm and character of homes built in years past. Puzzitiello is currently building in the exclusive Bella Terra section at Lake Forest in Westlake.

Mr. Puzzitiello also emphasizes building a quality working relationship with every client. He oversees all aspects of contractual agreements, site selection, design and construction. "I am a hands-on builder and enjoy the relationships I develop with each client."

Ronald Puzzitiello is a past president of the Cleveland Area Home Builders Association and has been active with local, state and national associations. He has been involved in new home construction for over 35 years and is a third-generation builder. Ronald's grandfather, Rocco Puzzitiello, Sr., began building homes back in 1925. Ronald's father, Rocco Puzzitiello, Jr., has been in the business since 1950 and is the president of Hennie Homes. Now, Ronald's son, Ronald Puzzitiello, is the fourth generation builder and is currently Vice President of RJP Fine Homes.

David Waugh, a 28-year veteran of new home construction, supports Puzzitiello in construction management. "David is involved with the buyer from ground breaking to turnover, and always does that little extra to make sure everything is just right," said Mr. Puzzitiello.

Beautiful wooded home sites are currently available at Bella Terra in the Lake Forest subdivision off Schwartz Road in Westlake.
